El casco está compuesto por una calota exterior de KPA, termoplástico de alta presión muy resistente, por un forro interior extraíble y lavable, la calota interior de EPS ventilado y un sistema de ventilación. Además, el casco cuenta con una pantalla de Lexan transparente con tratamiento antiarañazos y protección contra los rayos UV.
