The Leofoto AM Series "Heavy-Duty" Versa Magic Arm is a multi-purpose tripod accessory that attaches to the leg of select Leofoto tripods, or other tripods and camera brackets with a 1/4"-20 accessory slot. The magic arm allows a light, microphone, monitor, smartphone, tablet, or even an additional camera to be affixed to a camera rig without the added bulk of a clamp. Each end of the magic arm features a ball-and-socket joint that rotates 360°, and the center elbow joint locks in any position. The large, easy-to-grip center knob locks all three movements simultaneously for quick and easy setup and repositioning. The Leofoto AM-5/6 feature one end with an anti-twist 1/4th mounting stud and the other end a universal cold shoe adapter with a 1/4th mounting hole. The CF-7 Multi adapter is a rectangular block with a UNC 1/4-inch screw hole on each side. This way you can attach an accessory with UNC 1/4-inch screw thread on each side. You can place the CF-7 on a tripod by means of the 3/8-inch screw hole at the bottom. The 3/8-inch thread can be changed into a 1/4-inch thread with the supplied thread adapter. This means you can also mount the CF-7 on mini/table tripods. On top of the CF-7 is a 1/4-inch thread suitable for mounting a mini ballhead.
